Living from a Space of Love
Living from a space of loving, heart centred awareness is something that we would all like to do with greater consistency. Currently this is still somewhat of a work in progress for most of us, but we all know how it feels when we are fully in our hearts, open, connected, and able to give and receive without hesitation.
These are beautiful times in life when everything flows just as we would like it to and we feel uplifted and expansive. There is a distinct feeling of calmness, serenity and home coming that accompanies this space of heart connection.
No doubt you are also familiar with the experience of finding yourself unable to move out of your mind and into your heart fully. Perhaps times when your mind is very active and taking you around an old story loop that does not have love as its base vibration. These might have been times when you found yourself stuck in a patch of fear, or sadness, or feelings of abandonment and rejection, within which the loving space of the heart felt very far away, even though it was still there, just unrecognised.
The vibration of love is the core frequency of everything that exists in our universe
The understanding that the vibration of love is the core frequency of everything that exists in our universe and beyond has been mostly lost as we have explored duality consciousness and separation from Source. In the process we have excluded our hearts from the equation in favour of our minds and logical perspectives. Love has been something that we have sought outside of ourselves rather than being understood as the core frequency of our being.
Dismantling Your old Heart Defences
Over time we have all chosen to erect protective barriers around our heart chakras with the intention of limiting further heart wounding. Many things can lead us to erect these defences, including the pain of grief and loss, feeling rejected or abandoned, hurt or unworthy in some way. When we learn to undervalue ourselves, hide who we are, or feel unsafe & afraid it is very hard to remember to open our hearts and allow the flow of love to move through us freely so that it can remind us who we are and dispel limiting, painful vibrations so that they can no longer dominate our reality.
Love is who we are at a core fundamental level, so to be able to open our hearts to the flow of love that is freely available to all of us we just need to remember to love and accept ourselves unconditionally. As we do this the barriers that we have erected will fall apart from the inside out, because we will naturally want to share our love with those around us, the Earth, and the Cosmos. We will remember that the vibration of love is the connector for the whole of life and that we can never be separate from it. This remembering is well underway, just focus on staying connected to your heart and open to the flow of love, so that it can grow and expand further.

When I find myself in need of some extra help to move deeper into my heart, the Heart Connection Spray is one of my favourite essences to use.

How to Use;
The Pure Vibrations Sprays can be used both externally and internally.
For external use: spray liberally into the auric field to create a quick, effective energetic realignment or use consistently over a period of time to support more permanent transformation. If using consistently, an application 4 x a day would be a good dosage guide for most adults.
