Looking back over this last twelve months one of the things that is particularly striking when you compare this time last year with now is the very considerable change of focus in the flow of energy that we live within. What appeared to work reasonably well twelve months ago very definitely does not work so well now. Initially this change of emphasis was subtle in effect, however more recently the change has begun to make itself more obvious and this is causing many people to experience an uncomfortable sense of disorientation. This is because the new energies that have been building and strengthening all year require us to live life from the consciousness of the heart rather than that of the logical mind. However this is generally not our default setting for engaging with life and we are discovering that it requires both focus and attention for us to change this deeply engrained habit. The sense of disorientation is the result of our tendency to swing from one state of consciousness to another.
The journey into the consciousness of the heart requires trust and a willingness to release those carefully erected defences that we designed to prevent ourselves from encountering further painful experiences. All of these old experiences belong to the illusion of the third dimension that is now dissolving all around us to reveal a new level of truth, a truth that can only be discerned through the consciousness of the heart.
