Yellow Rattle is one of the ten flower essences included in the Karmic Essence range. Seven of them relate directly to one of the personality groups identified by Dr. Bach. Each of these essences helps to release unconscious beliefs underpinning the surface personality issues in a particular personality group.

The Bach Flower Remedies that Dr. Bach put into his ‘Despair & Despondency’ group are Willow, Sweet Chestnut, Star of Bethlehem, Pine, Oak, Larch, Elm and Crab Apple.
If you have ever experienced any of these states for more than a short length of time you will be aware that they can be particularly intense and uncomfortable ones. A sense of hopelessness and futility are the deeply rooted vibrations that underlie this group of essences.
Each of the essences within the group represents a different trigger, which for those susceptible, will take them into those deeper feelings of despondency and despair that can be hard to fully shake off.
Echoes from the Past
For some people there is no obvious reason in the current life situation for such extremes of hopelessness and the accompanying feelings of melancholy and despair. Many in this situation recognise that they have felt this undercurrent vibration from an early age, an indication that these are echoes of experiences from previous lives leaking over into this one.
With the current energy flow so focussed on helping us to clear away old patterns of crystallised energy, there is now a great opportunity for us to transmute these old vibrations so that we do not have to carry them forward into any other life experiences.
As a collective we are currently processing many unconscious memories from the end times of the Atlantean civilisation, when everything seemed lost. Many people have internalised a deep sense of hopelessness and despair about what happened at that time which continues to be triggered off to this day when things do not appear to be going well in the world.
All these old feelings now need to be released so that all the experience and wisdom that we have gathered over the vast expanse of time since the end of Atlantis can now be put to good use to create something new for the future.
Yellow Rattle is an excellent essence to help us with this process.

Recognise that it is not necessary for you to know any of the details of what caused the initial issue for it to dissolve, however sometimes the essence will facilitate an awareness that provides you with just enough information to provide the new perspective you need to let go and move on.
How to use
Take 4 drops 3 or 4 x a day directly from the stock bottle for as long as needed to create a shift in the energy of the pattern you are working with.
The amount of time needed for this to happen can vary from a couple of days to a week or more depending on the circumstances. In our experience it is not unusual to finish a whole bottle before all possible transformation feels complete.
We do not recommend giving Karmic Essences to children under 12 years of age.
