Harmony & tranquillity are both states that most of us consider important contributors to our overall enjoyment of life. However, despite our best efforts they can sometimes seem very illusive, especially when we are feeling challenged by the intensity of the events that life is bringing forward for us all right now.<\/p>\r\n

This illusiveness usually stems from the fact that we have temporarily forgotten that these states are qualities of our true self or inner being and therefore do not originate from the outer world of everyday life experiences. Rather they are states that we can choose to generate as a vibration from our own inner core, allowing them to colour our perception of the everyday events of our lives.<\/p>\r\n

In our state of forgetfulness we often seek to create more harmony and tranquillity in our lives by changing something in our outer world. This inevitably leads us to believe in those disempowering ‘if only’s’. If only<\/em> this or that were different, or if only<\/em> I had this rather than that etc, then I would experience more harmony & tranquillity in my life. <\/p>\r\n

However, if we choose to take the focus of our attention from the outside to the inside of ourselves with a view to discovering the source of our own disharmony, we will be led back to our own internal data bank of emotional and mental triggers. We then have the choice to calm the choppy waters of our own emotional body or silence the disgruntled ‘yeah but’ mode generated by the lower mental body by aligning with the more balanced perspective of our true self. <\/p>\r\n

This alignment offers us the choice to respond to a situation rather than simply react to it, an option that is also key to our experience of harmony and tranquillity in life. <\/p>\r\n

How to Use the Harmony & Tranquillity<\/strong> Spray<\/h2>\r\n

Spray liberally into the auric field for a quick and effective energetic realignment or use over a period of time to support more permanent transformation. You can also take this essence spray internally in the same way as our other essence combinations if you wish.<\/p>\r\n
