Have you noticed an increase in emotional issues relating to the heart coming into focus recently? If so you are in good company! It seems to be something that is affecting so many people including ourselves at the moment. <\/p>\r\n

As we cycle deeper into the energies of transformation our hearts are being impulsed to open more fully so that we can remember who we are and reconnect consciously with the love and light of  Source. <\/p>\r\n

This sounds absolutely beautiful doesn’t it. So why does it feel so uncomfortable and why do we sometimes find ourselves resisting the very light and love that we want so much to allow in more deeply.<\/p>\r\n

Choosing to open the heart and allow in more love inevitably takes us into those painful issues that relate to past hurts, losses, grief and other deep heart wounds where we have been left feeling disempowered, fearful, angry and resentful and not been able to resolve the resulting emotional pain. <\/p>\r\n

As we move deeper into our hearts we encounter these old issues as resistance or carefully erected barriers of protection. Unconsciously it can feel ‘safer’ not to dismantle these old barriers yet the issues keep pushing to the surface feeling more and more uncomfortable until we choose to do something about them. <\/p>\r\n

The Power of Fuchsia Essence<\/h2>\r\n\"Three\r\n

One of my favourite essences for helping to dissipate these old barriers with greater ease is the Karmic Fuchsia Essence<\/strong><\/a>. This amazing essence will very quickly help to ping into awareness any old emotion that is blocking the heart from opening more fully. It is particularly good to use in the moment when you can feel that something is trying to release from your heart but can’t quite seem to let it come up and release. <\/p>\r\n

Ways to use Fuchsia<\/h2>\r\n

There are different ways that you could use this essence. You could choose to take it in the usual way –  4 drops on the tongue 4 x a day for a week or so or you could use it in the moment when you find yourself faced with some difficult emotional pain that is trying to release from your heart. In this situation take 4 drops on your tongue and sit quietly with yourself just breathing and connecting into your heart. After 10 minutes take another 4 drops and continue to connect in deeply with yourself at a heart level, just allowing anything that needs to come into awareness to do so. If needed you could repeat this sequence again after another 10 minutes. You could also put a few drops in your hands and smooth into your auric field above the heart chakra.<\/p>\r\n
