Our Emotional Storage System<\/h3>\r\n

The emotional body is part of our subtle energy system<\/a>, a layer of vibrating energy that surrounds the etheric body in the auric field. At a basic level it provides a storage system for the emotional patterning from which our responses and reactions to life are drawn. <\/p>\r\n

Any unresolved emotional issues that we still have, either from this life or another, will be found as an energetic imprint in our emotional body. We are all familiar with these imprints as emotional sensitivities or trigger points. Emotional pain, grief, fear, hopelessness, guilt, anger and feelings of unworthiness are a few examples of emotional imprinting that can commonly be found in our emotional storage systems.  <\/p>\r\n

Emotions like these are all low frequency energies that do not enhance our emotional quality of life and will prevent us from expanding our vibrational frequency if we do not allow the old stored up energy to release and transform. <\/p>\r\n

These old energies are a legacy of the old 3D patterning of separation and do not resonate with the new unity conscious patterning that we are currently in the process of aligning with. Consequently we are all becoming much more aware of the contents of our ‘emotional storage bins’ because these old energies can no longer stay hidden and are therefore surfacing for transformation. This is particularly the case in the current energy flow which is relentlessly focussed upon helping us to transform old redundant patterning.<\/p>\r\n

Experiencing Emotional Balance<\/h3>\r\n\"Emotional\r\n

As the legacy of old patterning is cleared away the emotional body becomes calmer and more balanced and can begin to fulfil its higher function as a receptacle for the emotions of our soul \/ higher self. <\/p>\r\n

Emotions such as joy, gratitude, peace, tranquillity, ease, freedom, certainty and happiness then become our normal everyday experience, regardless of what is happening around us.   <\/p>\r\n

Since emotional energy of any vibrational frequency is such a powerfully creative force, it is more important than ever that we pay close attention to what is happening in our own emotional world.<\/p>\r\n

Old style emotional patterning varies considerable. For some people there is a fear of expressing emotions, especially any that they consider ‘negative’ with the result that they unconsciously suppress their emotions. Others experience their emotional world as a roller coaster ride of emotional extremes in which emotional dramas are considered the norm. <\/p>\r\n
