It can grow up to  25 metres tall  and the bark is often pitted   with diamond-shaped pores. The male catkins and the smaller female catkins appear in March or April before the tree starts to flower.<\/p>\r\n<p>&quot;Trembling, fluttering and shimmering in the   slightest breeze. The   rippling leaves of this beautiful tree give it its   name: quaking   aspen&quot;. Woodland Trust<\/p>\r\n<h4>Making the Aspen Remedy<\/h4>\r\n<p>Aspen was one of the second nineteen remedies that Dr. Bach discovered. He first made it in 1935 around Sotwell in Oxfordshire and prepared it using the  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crystalherbs.com\/flower-essences\/making-flower-essences.asp\">boiling method of potentisation<\/a>. The discovery of these second nineteen remedies was done over a six month period and was different to the first nineteen in that for a few days before he   discovered the  remedy  he suffered actuely from the state of mind for which that particular remedy was required.<\/p>\r\n<h2>How To Use Aspen<\/h2>\r\n<p> Our Bach Flower Remedies are  stock level Essences which can be diluted into a treatment bottle as suggested by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crystalherbs.com\/bach\/dr-bach.asp\">Dr Bach<\/a> or used directly from stock if preferred. A treatment bottle can contain one single essence or a combination of up to eight different   essences.<\/p>\r\n<h3> Making a Treatment Combination <\/h3>\r\n<p>Making a Bach Flower Remedy combination is simple and easy: put 2 drops from each of the Remedies you require (4 drops of Revival Remedy) into a clean glass dropper bottle containing up to 30ml of spring water   (adding a teaspoon full of brandy or cider vinegar as a preservative if you wish). Alternatively you can put 4 drops of each remedy required (8 drops of Revival Remedy) into a glass of water. You can combine up to 8   of the Bach Remedies.<\/p>\r\n<h4> How to Use Your Combination<\/h4>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crystalherbs.com\/images\/essences\/Bach\/Bach-Flower-Remedies-Group-10ml-25mls.jpg\" alt=\"10ml and 25ml Bach Flower Remedy bottles\" width=\"309\" height=\"258\" title=\"Bach Flower Remedies\" class=\"imageRight\" \/>\r\n<p> Using Your Combination: For a normal adult dosage take 4 drops on   the tongue (or a sip from your glass of water) 8 x a day, or every 30 &#8211; 60 minutes for acute states. Using Directly From Stock: Take 2 drops on   the tongue as above. Preferably take 10 minutes away from food and   drink.
