The lovely Yellow Water Lily ( Nuphar lutea ) can often be found in quiet, slow or still waters and is therefore a common sight in ponds and lakes. The yellow cupped flowers appear from early summer to early autumn and sit on a stalk which lifts them clear of the water. Yellow Water Lily is sometimes called "brandy bottle" because of its scented flower.<\/p>\r\n

The Water Lily Essence<\/h2>\r\n

Water Lily is one of the ten flower essences in the Karmic Essence range<\/a><\/u>. Seven of them relate directly to one of the personality groups identified by Dr. Bach<\/a><\/u>. Each of these essences helps to release unconscious beliefs underpinning the surface personality issues in a particular personality group. Dr. Bach’s Loneliness Group<\/h3>\r\n

The Bach Flower Remedies that Dr Bach included in his ‘Loneliness’ group are Heather, Impatiens & Water Violet. Each of these remedies represents a different personality state that is driven by feelings of being separate and alone in the world. If you have ever experienced any of these states you will know that they can be deeply uncomfortable, especially if they become extreme. <\/p>\r\n

The Illusion of Separation<\/h3>\r\n

The experience of living many life times in third dimensional polarity consciousness promotes separation by its very nature. It is an isolating experience because we cannot remember who we are or where we came from, nor can we connect easily with the multidimensional aspects of ourselves while we are in incarnation. We appear to be finite beings with no past and no future beyond our current life experience.<\/p>\r\n

Loss and the fear of loss then become an apparent reality that leave emotional scars, particularly in the heart and emotional body. Although we cannot consciously remember these painful experiences from life time to life time they never the less travel with us from one life to the next and influence our behaviour.<\/p>\r\n

For instance, we might decide to ‘protect’ ourselves from further pain by not getting close to people, not realising that this is a very effective way of increasing the very experience we are trying to avoid. <\/p>\r\n\"Water\r\n

How to Use the Water Lily Essence<\/h3>\r\n

Take 4 drops 3 or 4 x a day directly from the stock bottle for as long as needed to create a shift in the energy of the pattern you are working with. The amount of time needed for this to happen can vary from a couple of days to a week or more depending on the circumstances. In our experience it is not unusual to finish a whole bottle before all possible transformation feels complete.<\/p>\r\n
