In our current reality we have a vast range of frequencies available to us contained within what might be described as various parallel realities. Some of these ‘realities’ exist within the old 3rd \/ 4th dimensional patterning where we experience polarities of right and wrong; past and future instead of present moment awareness; feeling separate from others; and reacting to our unbalanced patterns and emotions instead of responding with a more balanced perspective. <\/p>\r\n

Others relate to the new 5th dimensional template where we experience non-judgement and loving compassion; appreciation for the beauty all around us; where we sense the profound interconnectedness of all life and have a deep knowing that all is well.<\/p>\r\n

Currently these different realities run side by side as we consciously or unconsciously make creative choices about how we want to experience life. <\/p>\r\n

The choice of emotions and feelings that we hold most consistently in our awareness creates a filter that determines which ‘reality’ we experience. The energy flow is currently configured to offer consistent opportunities for us to review and adjust anything in our filtering system that is out of alignment with the new 5th dimensional template that we are moving into more fully as we expand our consciousness.<\/p>\r\n

Upgrading your Energetic Foundations<\/h2>\r\n\"Chakra\r\n

Firstly, strong energetic foundations are crucial to your ability to anchor and hold higher frequency energies like love, compassion, unity, expansiveness, and being in the flow. Your three lower chakras are constantly having to adjust and expand their function to accommodate the changes you need to make in order to hold higher frequency energies.
