This is a wonderful combination for self expression and is very helpful if you have difficulty knowing or expressing your truth, expressing yourself or expressing how you feel about things. Truth is an interesting subject, since at one level our perception of it is related to our level of consciousness. If you look back over your life you will no doubt be able to identify things that you believed to be ‘true’ at the time which you now no longer hold to be truths. Then there are the things that we know at a heart level that for us are ‘true’ no matter what other people around us might say. It is this kind of ‘truth’ that we are becoming more aware of and possibly uncomfortably so, if there is a need for us to engage with it in a more meaningful way. This can feel uncomfortable if we have not fully given ourselves permission to express our own uniqueness in the world.
