Fear is also a vibration that has  been used to ensure that we conform to the societal norms that we were born  into. Generations of inherited, often unconscious patterns, now hold this  patterning in place within us, until we are able to step out of it and make new  choices. <\/p>\r\n<p> We now have a  very real opportunity to transcend this old belief structure and step beyond  fear. The Cosmos is supporting us all of the way, all we have to do is trust  the process.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Choose  Love not Fear<\/h2>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crystalherbs.com\/images\/flowers\/Pink-Rose-Flower-2.jpg\" alt=\"Pink Rose flower\" class=\"imageRightM\" \/>\r\n<p> Fear is a  vibration that can make us feel very dis-empowered, and it has been used down the ages  for exactly this purpose. Just cast your eye back through history and you will  see the legacy of fear passed down through experiences of wars, persecutions of  many kinds, religions, education systems and the victimisation of those who  tried to step beyond anything that was considered &rsquo;normal and accepted&rsquo; in  their times. <\/p>\r\n<p> It is very  clear that exactly the same is going on in the world today. The distracting  vibration of fear is being stirred up everywhere you look, making it more  difficult for people to see beyond the limited reality that it represents. Lovingly question yourself as  to why you might feel afraid.
