The beautiful, bright blue flowers of the Forget-me-not ( Myosotis sylvatica<\/em> ) are calling out to us from practically every garden border and hedgerow that we look at just now. Appearing out of the ground each year in springtime Forget-me-not can be so exuberant in its abundance that it will easily take over a patch of garden if left to its own devices for any length of time. <\/p>\r\n

When you capture the energetic patterning of Forget-me-not into essence form, this aspect of its nature translates as an ability to enhance communication on many levels. <\/p>\r\n

As a physical being we require an adequate exchange of information between the systems in our physical body and those in our subtle energy systems<\/a> to experience well-being.
