There can be few flowers that have a clearer doctrine of signature than that of the Bleeding Heart. In early summer the plant produces strings of the most beautiful pink heart shaped flowers, each with a white ‘teardrop’ falling from it. In full flower, it looks uncannily as though the fairies have hung out washing lines of pink hearts to be healed by the sun. Making a mother essence from these lovely heart shaped flowers is indeed a magical healing experience and one that we can highly recommend to anyone who has a Bleeding Heart plant in their garden.<\/p>\r\n

Clearly then this is an essence that works in the heart chakra<\/a>. It is the<\/em> essence to use when you find yourself in a situation where emotional ‘letting go’ is required. It is particularly helpful where there is a degree of unhealthy emotional attachment to a person or situation that is preventing everyone concerned from moving forward.<\/p>\r\n

In the last few years this kind of ‘letting go’ has been a very predominant theme in many people’s lives as old karmic relationships have been released to make way for something new. No matter how much we might understand the need for these changes at a rational level they can still be hard emotionally. <\/p>\r\n

Bleeding Heart essence can be a very effective essence to take when we need help to be able to flow through such situations with more ease and grace.<\/p>\r\n

Opening the heart chakra to receive a greater flow of love and unity consciousness is something we are all currently working with. However, very often the first thing we meet as we open the doors to our heart chakra is the emotional pain that caused us to close them in the first place. This can be an uncomfortable, somewhat disconcerting experience if we do not understand what is happening.<\/p>\r\n

Even when we have done much previous clearing work, vibrational imprints from old emotional wounding can and do still arise, often with a surprising powerfulness. When taken consistently for a period of time Bleeding Heart essence will help to dissolve these old imprints leaving us free to live life with greater peace and inner harmony.<\/p>\r\n\"Bleeding\r\n

Bleeding Heart – Single Flower Essence<\/h3>\r\n

Bleeding Heart essence works wonderfully well taken as a single essence on its own. An effective dose for most adults is four drops on the tongue 4 x a day, straight from the stock bottle. For best results take consistently for a period of two to four weeks.<\/p>\r\n
