Lemon<\/h2>\r\n\"Lemon\r\n

As anyone who has ever owned a lemon tree or better still had the opportunity to stand in a field of lemon trees in full flower will know, the white star – like flowers of a lemon tree give off the most wonderful, heavenly scent. When you make a flower essence from them this fragrance is transferred into the water in your bowl to become part of the energetic signature of the essence. So if you enjoy making your own mother essences, do remember to taste the sun warmed essence in your bowl as you bottle it up. It can add a whole new dimension to your understanding of its qualities.<\/p>\r\n

We use Lemon as a fruit in so many different ways these days that it is actually hard to imagine life without it. As a flower essence its qualities are similarly diverse and important to our everyday well-being.<\/p>\r\n

Lemon Flower Essence<\/h2>\r\n

Lemon essence has a strong impact on the lower mental body, which is the energetic storage vehicle for all our everyday thoughts. We are probably all familiar with that uncomfortable feeling of procrastination and consequent inability to make a decisive choice that can come about as a result of congested, stuck energy in the mental body. Often this state also has a ripple effect in the emotional body, causing us to lose sight of our sense of humour or even experience extreme emotional states. In this situation Lemon essence is wonderfully effective to help restore a degree of clarity and perspective to whatever issue we have become stuck in. If you often find yourself getting stuck with seeing the bigger picture of situations in your life, then consider taking Lemon essence regularly for a period of a month or so.<\/p>\r\n\"Lemon\r\n

Tension in the mental and emotional bodies such as we have described above can also have an impact on our physical well-being, often manifesting as an inability to relax. Sometimes we can become so used to this state of affairs that we fail to recognise that the source of the problem is actually related to a lack of calmness and clarity in the mental body. In this situation Lemon essence can be very beneficial to help promote greater overall balance.<\/p>\r\n

Lemon – Single Flower Essence<\/h3>\r\n

Lemon essence works wonderfully well taken as a single essence on its own. An effective dose for most adults is four drops on the tongue 4 x a day, straight from the stock bottle. For best results take consistently for a period of two to four weeks.  It is also very effective mixed into a stock combination with other deep acting flower, gem or crystal essences if you feel the need to focus on an issue in more depth.<\/p>\r\n
