\r\nAs we come to write this we find ourselves struggling a little with the recognition that already a quarter of the year has come and gone. Even stranger is the somewhat ‘Alice in Wonderland’ perspective that the passage of time has simultaneously been long and short since the beginning of the year. Encouragingly spring is continuing to unfold all around us bringing with it a welcome sense of grounded normality that is comfortingly welcome when everything else seems to be in a state of flux and change.<\/p>\r\n
March has been a very full month energetically this year, providing multiple opportunities for us to prepare ourselves for the new astrological year which began with the movement of the sun into Aries on March 20th. <\/p>\r\n
The two-week window between the solar eclipse of the new moon on March 8\/9th and the full moon lunar eclipse (March 23rd), a period that included the Equinox on March 20th, provided us with a fertile opportunity to release anything that we did not need to take forward with us into the new cycle. The Jewish celebration of Purim (March 23\/24th and the Christian celebration of Easter (March 25 -27th) followed, both powerful festivals that focused the collective attention of many thousands of people around the world. <\/p>\r\n
Throughout all of this period we have been receiving huge influxes of high frequency energy designed to elevate our consciousness to the highest level that we are capable of sustaining. Over the last few weeks we have all been doing our utmost to absorb and integrate this energy as best we can and there is now a very real sense that a collective shift has been achieved as a result. And so we come to April!<\/p>\r\n
\r\nAs always during April the sun shines onto the earth through the constellation of Aries, bringing a magnification of the qualities and ray energies associated with this particular constellation, which is represented in western astrology by the sign of the Ram. <\/p>\r\n
As the first sign in the zodiac Aries marks the start of a new astrological cycle and each year brings us the stimulating opportunity for new beginnings. Its fiery, initiating energy seeks to promote regeneration and renewal in all areas of life, both spiritually and physically.<\/p>\r\n
This is highly creative, mental energy that brings with it a flow of inspiration and new ideas from the collective higher mind and we often experience its effects as a feeling of ‘let’s get on with it now’, an impulse that can be extremely helpful when we have a particular project or plan to implement.<\/p>\r\n
On a personal level, no doubt we all have something that we wish to achieve in our everyday life that will greatly benefit from the forward moving impetus of Aries energy this month. At the same time these energies will also be offering us a grand opportunity to use the impetus of ‘new beginnings’ in such a way that we can collectively move further up the evolutionary spiral.<\/p>\r\n
As we enter this new zodiacal cycle we have an opportunity for expansion, rebirth and regeneration as the inpouring energies of Aries provide a wide open door to the creative inspiration of the higher mind and the collective plan for humanities future<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
Since December 2012 we have gradually been anchoring a new fifth dimensional template for life while simultaneously releasing our old third dimensional one. This is of course still very much a work in progress but we have reached a place where those of us who are more awake than asleep can really make a huge difference to how quickly and smoothly this transition takes place simply through the intention and focus with which we live our everyday lives. <\/p>\r\n
Essentially this involves a continuous process of expanding our horizons in order to keep pace with the exponential process of change that is currently taking place. The more we can make a habit of looking beyond how the effects of change play out in the world and then choosing to hold a vibrational focus on what we wish to anchor as part of our new reality, the more useful we can be.<\/p>\r\n
So as we enter this new zodiacal cycle we have an especially fertile opportunity for expansion, rebirth and regeneration as the inpouring energies of Aries provide a wide open door to the creative inspiration of the higher mind and the collective plan for humanities future. <\/p>\r\n
This month will be a particularly good time to listen carefully to your inner being and then use the impetus of Aries energies to help you action those things that most clearly reflect your higher purpose. If this feels a little overwhelming, then take a moment to check in and notice whether your lower mind has jumped in with ‘ideas’ of what this purpose might be. In the heart simplicity rules and from this perspective your higher purpose for the month might simply be to radiate more love into your everyday activities.
