Right now the energy flow is creating a focus on anywhere in our lives where there is a need for change or adjustment within our relationships. <\/p>\r\n

At an individual level this might mean that a much needed adjustment in a long term intimate relationship suddenly becomes really obvious or perhaps a relationship that has not been working well for some time finally comes to an end. However, the energy is also stirring up old issues in our relationships with friends, family and work colleagues, as well as that important relationship that we have with ourselves. <\/p>\r\n

Resolving the old Family Issues<\/h3>\r\n

In order to arrive at a new state of balance in any relationship situation we sometimes have to go through an uncomfortable process of clearing away old emotions, hurts, misperceptions and beliefs first.<\/p>\r\n

Often this feels as though all our ‘old stuff’ is being brought to the surface at once and we would prefer to run away and hide until the storm passes by. However it is definitely more productive to stick in there if you can and observe what is being triggered off for you so that you can make the required adjustments quickly and then move on.<\/p>\r\n

What are my Family Patterns?<\/h3>\r\n

Many of our relationship patterns are developed during early childhood as a result of the dynamics predominating in the family we chose to incarnate into. If you face a struggle to release some old issue within yourself it is always worth just taking a moment to review the vibrations present within your family structure as you were growing up. The insight that you gain from this reflection may just be enough to help you see the underlying emotional issue that is making it difficult for you to release something you can clearly see is not valid anymore.<\/p>\r\n

For instance if our early family life included situations that we perceived as emotionally challenging or painful in some way, such as bereavement<\/a> or divorce, we might easily have developed a belief that it is not safe to fully trust in a relationship in case we get hurt or abandoned again. This belief will unconsciously affect the quality of all our future relationships until it has been recognised and released. <\/p>\r\n

Another different example might be someone who is unwilling to step fully into their personal power because in childhood the only person with power in their family was a destructive bully. Not only does this create much fear it also provides an extremely negative role model that can be difficult to step past until the fear, anger and resentment related to the experience has been cleared away.<\/p>\r\n
