The focus for this month’s Essence Review is the Spontaneity combination from the Divine Harmony Essences.<\/p>\r\n

You will no doubt have noticed how uncomfortable it is becoming when you do not allow yourself to follow through on your own heartfelt inner promptings. Maybe you have encountered inner resistance and not yet been able to move past this enough to take action on something you feel particularly passionate about. <\/p>\r\n

We each have unique gifts and talents that we have purposefully brought with us into this incarnation knowing that they will be particularly needed during the current times of change and transformation. Now our inner being is prompting us to remember this so that we take up the opportunity to use our gifts to help create something new and unique. This is the passion that we feel in our hearts. Where there is resistance to taking action it is often because we are having difficulty giving ourselves permission to be ourselves in a world which, on the surface at least still appears to value conformity.<\/p>\r\n

This inner resistance is often the result of childhood programming that in one way or another taught us to value what others around us considered to be correct over what we knew to be our own inner truth. The resistance can be particularly strong if we have had experiences in childhood that we perceived as emotionally difficult or dangerous in some way.<\/p>\r\n

In this situation it is not unusual for a part of us to withdraw in order to cope with something we cannot understand. Decisions are made that unconsciously continue to direct our actions and behaviour in an attempt to keep us safe and ensure that we fit in with the world around us. Clearly it is not going to be easy for us to give ourselves the freedom and permission to express our uniqueness in the world until this old patterning is cleared away. <\/p>\r\n

So for anyone feeling in need of support with this process we recommend a bottle of Spontaneity to help.<\/p>\r\n
