Our focus for this month’s Essence Review is the Hara Activation combination from the Rainbow Lightbody Essences.<\/p>\r\n

The hara is an energy centre in our subtle energy field, part of a network of subtle energy connections that act as anchor points for our multidimensional self. It is a centre that is becoming increasingly important to us as we expand our consciousness and connect more fully with our soul’s purpose for incarnation in this lifetime.<\/p>\r\n

The hara centre works in conjunction with the soul star and earth star energy points to create the energetic structure necessary for us to action our soul’s purpose in daily living. Through the activation of this trio of energy points we become divine will in action, simply by absorbing, focussing and activating the flow of light, love and information from our soul.<\/p>\r\n

When there is a problem with this flow it can be an indication that the hara point requires some support to function more fully. Often this is experienced as a feeling of disconnection, a gap or void in the energetic system or maybe simply as an awareness that we are only going through the motions of life without any real sense of purpose.<\/p>\r\n

In this situation it is helpful to recognise that we are becoming aware because we now have the capacity to override the old 3rd dimensional patterning that previously made it very difficult for us to integrate much, if any of the soul’s wisdom into our everyday life experience. If you pay attention in this awareness you will find that you can now more easily identify the old belief patterns that require re-adjustment in order for you to close the gap between soul and personality.<\/p>\r\n

As you examine these old beliefs you may well find that many of them are rooted in the idea that it is not possible to integrate spirit into the physical plane without it becoming contaminated in some way. This is a concept that has been amplified and supported by many disempowering belief structures all relating to humanities inherent unworthiness and separation from source. Down the ages teachings of all kinds have indicated that our salvation lies beyond the physical plane, leading us to believe that we must connect with some force that is separate and outside of ourselves. <\/p>\r\n

While many of us no longer consciously believe these old ideas their legacy can still be experienced as an unconscious, uncomfortable, internal resistance that often manifests as a weakness in the hara centre.<\/p>\r\n
