The focus of this month’s Essence Review is the Confidence<\/strong>; restoring self-assurance <\/em>combination from the Divine Harmony Essences.<\/p>\r\n

It is more than eighteen months now since the core patterning of our human experience shifted to a completely new and much more expansive template. As we get deeper into the changes that this shift is creating there is a very real sense of moving into what could best be described as ‘unchartered territory’. This is because there is a need to orientate ourselves differently in the new energy than we have previously been accustomed to in the old. Rather than look for direction from the outer world as in the past we must now get used to listening within ourselves for the directions we need for the journey we are on. For many this creates a dilemma because what comes forth from this process often does not fit with what has been the generally accepted way of doing things. Of course this is exactly as it should be because we are creating something new, however it also takes us far outside of our carefully constructed comfort zones. It is important that we recognise that this is what is happening and take careful note of what is being triggered off for us so that we can release it and move on.<\/p>\r\n

An underlying lack of confidence is an issue that is currently affecting many people’s ability to reorientate themselves in the new energy. It requires both inner confidence and self assurance to be able to follow your own inner direction, especially when that appears to be taking you in a contrary direction to the accepted norm. The vibration of confidence we are talking about here is not the sometimes rather brash, self assertiveness of the personality but the quiet, inner confidence that stems from a deep knowing and acceptance of ourselves as multidimensional beings with unique gifts and talents at our disposal. This vibration of confidence is a fifth dimensional frequency accessed through the heart, which when focussed upon will help us to override all the perceived inadequacies and insecurities of the personality.<\/p>\r\n\"Ruby\"\r\n
