We have chosen to focus on the Inner Harmony – relaxation <\/em>combination from the Divine Harmony Essences in this month’s Essence Review because it provides support for an issue that seems to have been particularly relevant for many people in recent weeks.<\/p>\r\n

The energetic flow that we are now experiencing is of a much higher vibrational frequency than we have previously been accustomed to and carries within it the potential for a much greater degree of self awareness as well as an expansion of our abilities to manifest our creativity on a much grander scale. However to be able to use this potential to the full we must learn to be more masterful in how we operate in these new energies and currently we are all in various stages of discovery and adjustment as we experiment with how to do this.<\/p>\r\n

One of the issues that many people have become aware of recently is an uncomfortable state of over activity in the lower mental body characterised by a magnification of old thoughts, tension in the physical body and a general inability to relax and connect with themselves on a deeper level.<\/p>\r\n

In part this is caused by the ability of the new energies to very quickly magnify anything that we put our attention on, be that positive or negative. Since most of us are still somewhat engaged in the old habit of trying to ‘think’ our way through life using the lower mind as a reference point, it is now much easier for us to become caught up in an uncomfortable whirl of mental activity from which it seems difficult to escape. In reality this is not a new situation for most people, simply one that has become more obvious because it no longer works in the new energy flow.<\/p>\r\n

To break this uncomfortable habit we must consistently remember to bring our focus into the present moment where we can access the consciousness of the heart. From this perspective a much greater awareness is available to us and the ability to manifest positive creative ideas from the higher mind becomes readily available. The state of inner harmony that accompanies this ability to live in the heart will very quickly take precedence over the previously experienced states of agitation and over activity if focussed on with intention and attention.<\/p>\r\n
