The Thankfulness Essence – Developing Gratitude<\/em><\/h2>\r\n

Thankfulness and gratitude are amongst the most life enhancing and positive attitudes available to us. This lovely combination is for those seeking to expand the positive qualities of thankfulness and gratitude in their lives, helping to support the development of these beautiful life enhancing virtues as well as encouraging positive self-responsibility. The Thankfulness Essence is one of the Divine Harmony Essences.<\/p>\r\n

The Vibrations of Thankfulness and Gratitude<\/h3>\r\n\"Thankfulness\r\n

The vibrations of thankfulness and gratitude are two particularly positive, life-enhancing frequencies that we could all benefit from generating more in our everyday lives. The expanded energies that we now have available to us will support the creation of these vibrations with much greater ease than in the past, yet ingrained habits of focussing on less positive vibrations can still easily distract us if we do not pay attention.<\/p>\r\n

It can be a powerfully uplifting experience to take time each day to simply move fully into your heart and acknowledge with gratitude and thankfulness all the many blessings of your life, remembering to include recognition for your own positive qualities and attributes as well, during this process. We appreciate that it can seem particularly difficult to do this when you are in the midst of challenging circumstances in your life, however in our experience nothing brings about the opportunity for change quicker than gratitude and acceptance for ‘what is’.<\/p>\r\n

Energising and holding the expansive vibrations of thankfulness and gratitude connect you with your multidimensional self and with all the many more possibilities available to you from that level of awareness.<\/p>\r\n

As a human collective we are all currently in various stages of a transformation process that will eventually take us from the belief that our well being is associated with circumstances and events in our outer world, to a complete understanding that it is the vibrations that we choose to energise within ourselves, that create our perception and experience of life. <\/p>\r\n\"Thankfulness\r\n

Once we have fully understood this we will be standing at the gateway to self-mastery and much will have changed in our world. <\/p>\r\n
