Living In Your Truth & Inner Wisdom<\/h2>\r\n\"A\r\n

Life can sometimes feel like we’re on a roller coaster of change and transformation. While this can be very positive and life enhancing, it does also mean that we have to be open and flexible enough to shift and change and allow ourselves to explore new ways of negotiating life. <\/p>\r\n

One of the things that is so important in this respect is to build a strong habit of turning within to our own wisdom, guidance and soul connection and to allow our own inner magic and imagination full play. <\/p>\r\n

We’re in a time of expanded awareness where we each have much greater access to the fullness of ourselves as a multi-dimensional being and our connection to the wholeness and unity of all life. At a soul level we carry the wisdom we have accumulated over many lifetimes and the knowledge of why we are here at this particular time. That soul wisdom is something that we can draw upon to assist us with our process of transformation, if we remember to make ourselves available to hear, sense or intuit from our library of wisdom, so that we can live from our own truth. <\/p>\r\n

Recognising the different aspects of you<\/h2>\r\n

It is helpful to remember that all parts of us are valuable and helpful. We are not trying to replace one aspect with another in this process of expansion, just bring more on board and honouring each by allowing them to do the job that they are best able to do. <\/p>\r\n

This might be a little like overseeing a renovation project on your property. You have a plan for what needs doing and you are not able to do all of the work yourself, so you bring in others to help, like a plumber, electrician or plasterer. Each knows exactly what they are doing and contributes their skill into the mix so that the job gets complete with ease and flow. In this situation we wouldn’t dream of giving the plumber the electricians job or expect to tell the plasterer how to do his or her job.<\/p>\r\n

However, when it comes to living more fully in the flow of your own multi-dimensional self your personality and lower mind has been used to running the show and can be reluctant to allow the other parts of you the opportunity to share their wisdom. This can cause a restriction in your ability to expand your consciousness, and these are the restrictions that are often revealed to us by the energies of transformation. It is not unusual for this to feel temporarily uncomfortable as we find ourselves looking at an old belief, fear or other defence pattern that we have erected to try to keep ourselves ‘safe’, at a previous time when we have not had access to the fullness of who we truly are. <\/p>\r\n

Meet your Self in the Heart<\/h2>\r\n\"Quote\r\n

In the changing times that we live in we are all being called back into our hearts and into alignment with our soul and the universal higher mind, expanding our team which had previously been mostly limited to the lower mind and personality self while we were in incarnation. <\/p>\r\n

Your heart is the access point for the more expanded aspects of yourself and also the interchange between you as a personality and you as a soul. As we release the habit of referring to the everyday mind so much, we stop expecting it to have the capacity to help us to negotiate the new possibilities that are opening up for us. This is the job of the heart, soul and higher mind that do have access to the information that we need to be able to function fully as a unified being. <\/p>\r\n

The everyday mind is great at reminding us of what we need to buy at the shops or how to use our phones or drive our cars, but when it comes to accessing our own inner wisdom, it is out of its depth because it doesn’t contain that information. The inner wisdom that we need to use to negotiate the transformational changes, flows into us through the consciousness of the heart and will register as an inner knowing rather than something that we have worked out in the everyday mind. <\/p>\r\n
