Emotional Balance – Restoring Emotional Stability<\/h2>\r\n

As we mentioned in last month’s essence review<\/a> the major solar flare activity that we have experienced in recent months is having a distinctly disruptive effect on our own energy fields as well as those of the Earth. We dealt with the first effect of this, loss of grounding, in last month’s Essence Review and this month we will look at another related issue that is affecting many people; heightened emotional volatility. <\/p>\r\n

Positive Opportunities<\/h3>\r\n

While there is no denying that heightened emotions can be challenging to deal with, if we look at this situation from a larger perspective there is also a very positive opportunity being presented to us here. Emotions are magnetic so as the Earth’s magnetic fields weaken it is allowing all the old emotions that have been stored in the astral plane around the Earth for aeons of time to be gradually released and cleared. As individuals we can experience this as a release of old emotional issues from our own emotional body and also as a heightened sensitivity to the collective emotional flow. <\/p>\r\n\"Emotional\r\n

The Emotional Balance Combination<\/h2>\r\n

Clearly the stronger our own emotional foundations are the easier it will be for us to stay emotionally balanced and detached as these changes take place. However we are aware that many people are finding this quite a challenge to achieve in the current energy flow, either because they have a strongly emotional bias in their personality or they are particularly sensitive to the collective emotional field. So with this in mind we thought this might be a good time to review our Emotional Balance combination.<\/p>\r\n

This is a wonderful combination of deep acting flower, gem & crystal essences that can provide support for anyone who feels the need for increased emotional stability, whether this is a recurring theme in life or simply one that feels particularly relevant right now. Strong emotional foundations originate in the sacral<\/a> and solar plexus<\/a> chakras, so this combination will work to bring greater balance and functionality to these two chakras. It will also help to bring increased awareness and understanding to old underlying emotional issues so that greater emotional strength and detachment can develop.
