The energetic focus of this beautiful, pink coloured mineral is centred on helping us to appreciate and receive the vibration of love more fully into our lives.
The frequency of Rhodochrosite holds the reminder that Love is the basic creative energy from which everything, including ourselves is created. Gently but firmly it will assist us to open our heart chakra more fully so that we can receive the higher frequencies of love that will simply wash away the pain of separation and remind us that love is who we are.
Rhodochrosite Crystal Essence
Rhodochrosite is a universally helpful essence for anyone who struggles to love themselves or finds it difficult to receive love from others.
The root cause of these issues lies in old, often forgotten experiences where we have felt so hurt, betrayed, abandoned or rejected that we decided to close our heart chakra to avoid the pain of being hurt again. Of course, this blocks the flow of love in and out, compounding the problem so that feelings of doubt and mistrust in our ability to love and be love become our dominant experience.
Use the loving vibration of Rhodochrosite essence to help you extend unconditional love to any aspect of yourself that has become closed off and unable to receive love. Its gentle nurturing energy can help a wounded inner child to release old emotional traumas and to become whole again. It is helpful to dissolve long held issues relating to self-esteem or self-hatred and it can be a supportive essence for those working with abuse issues of any kind.
If you should find yourself feeling upset and unloved at any time, sit quietly with a piece of Rhodochrosite and/or take a few drops of the essence on your tongue. Rhodochrosite essence works extremely well taken as a single essence on its own. An effective dose for most adults is four drops on the tongue 4 x a day, straight from the stock bottle. For best results take consistently for a period of two to four weeks.
