Working With Impatience
Impatience is a very common and uncomfortable vibration that many people carry along with them, often without fully recognising it.
It is an energy that is easily fed by our ‘always on’ world with its culture of instant gratification and global communication networks that can have us functioning outside of ourselves 24/7 if we are not mindful enough.
When the vibration of impatience has become structured into someone’s version of reality it can seem as though nothing gets done fast enough, no matter how hard they try.
They can become easily irritated, frustrated and impatient when things do not go the way they feel is important. Life becomes a struggle because they are pushing too hard to make things happen rather than co-operating with the natural flow of life and those around them.
Patience & Stillness
Patience is a quality that is most easily found in the stillness of inner connection where the knowing of the heart provides an alternative reality to counteract that of a busy and distracting outer world. Finding this inner stillness is not particularly easy for someone with a very impatient nature.
